In the present business climate I personally feel that companies need to continue to invest in cost effective campaigns and pro-active sales activity to increase their company profile and attract potential clients. It is also very important to continue to communicate with your existing client base. Focussing on e-marketing and emphasising your unique selling propositions to the market place. This is a time for not reducing promotional activity but to examine more closely the marketing mix to ensure you are reaching the target market before your competition.
For my properties, I take on a pro active sales role which is quite unique in the market place and was one of its first to be launched. This allows me to offer the professional skills and knowledge I have gained from larger organisations and assist in the promotion purely of privately owned properties, ensuring their awareness is strong in the corporate, leisure and incentive market place. This can only be achieved by concise and pro-active sales and marketing strategies of which they are carried out by myself alone.
The work on the sales & marketing activity plans which is carried out by myself is undertaken by means of research calls, sales appointments, presentations and show rounds of the property to the target market base.
