Nine individually appointed en-suite bedrooms, five configurable as super-king or twin, allow up to 18 guests to stay together under one roof, with two additional fold-out beds available by arrangement for a total capacity of up to 20. Guests have exclusive use of the house and grounds throughout their stay, with generous living spaces for gathering and quieter corners for time alone. The dining room seats up to 18 guests around one table, ideal for long family dinners and celebration meals.
The fully equipped kitchen is available to guests who wish to cook for themselves, while trusted private chefs can provide breakfasts, family-style dining, celebration dinners, grazing tables and wood-fired pizza evenings in Ladyburn’s outdoor pizza oven. A bean-to-cup coffee machine is available for guests to use throughout their stay, along with tea and filtered water.
Wellness facilities include a private sauna, an outdoor hot tub, two ice baths, and a dedicated yoga and movement studio, with a private treatment room for on-site massage and beauty treatments by arrangement. For celebrations and warmer-weather gatherings, the seasonal Garden Pavilion offers an elegant outdoor entertaining space overlooking the grounds, available by arrangement subject to season, weather and availability.
Ladyburn is ideally positioned for golf on the Ayrshire coast, within reach of Turnberry, Royal Troon, Prestwick and Western Gailes, with post-golf recovery available through the sauna, hot tub and ice baths. One bedroom sits on the ground floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
