From smaller properties to host an intimate party to properties large enough to accommodate up to 30 guests make for a fun stay and all tailored for your own private party in your luxury villa, mansion or even castle in Scotland.
Properties can be rented for as little as a weekend to a week with some clients combining their longer stay with part family and part friends where we can do a complete housekeeping change over mid-stay. Planning is easy as most guests just love getting together and enjoying the luxury of their own property. Arrive in time for a sumptuous afternoon tea in the garden and then into the evening relax with drinks on the terrace and a BBQ. During your stay enjoy an array of activities and facilities in your own private property or have an itinerary arranged for a fun day out – golfing, boat trip, beauty treatments, whisky or gin distillery, walking, mountain biking, sailing, white water rafting, chocolate making and so much more. Not to mention making time to relax in your own private hot tub! All properties offer luxury hydro spa or hot tub and one an outdoor swimming pool and private beach!
Guests in some properties are very welcome to self cater or if you wish come catering then we facilitate and introduction to an array of excellent approved Chefs which we have sourced on your behalf and who will prepare an experience you will never forget. The Chefs will cater for as much or as little as you wish and the beauty for most properties is with no corkage charges, you can bring all your own drink at no charge.

Stucktaymore is a very spacious property across 3 levels and excellent facilities for guests to relax. Hawkswood House, The Roundel and Bowhill House, each offer 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms with many offering he flexibility of being zip link king or twin. Hawkswood House has two glorious reception rooms with log burners, a conservatory with dining facilities and French windows lead out to the summer terrace. On the first floor the terraced balcony provides the perfect setting for breakfast or evening drinks in the warmer months. The Roundel has also two reception rooms one feature room being the Roundel room itself which can accommodate dining for larger parties. Newly opened Bowhill House has the benefit of all being on one level and the largest property with 2 extensive lounge rooms and dining space leading out to the terrace and garden.
