Retainer vs Commission

Susan Reid/I am not an agent and as such take no commission for bookings but as I take on the exclusive sales role for the property, I work on a monthly retainer fee. That way 100% commission is passed to loyal producing agents who book via the Susan Reid Collection.

As well as marketing to the extensive Susan Reid Collection client database, I can research suitable online agents who are booking with the Susan Reid Collection and will list your property on their web site. I will either establish or manage your online booking diary via a reservation system which also encompasses setting the rate strategy and revenue management process.

Can you help with our direct enquiries?

As well as handling all enquiries to the Susan Reid Collection I can also work under your own branding and manage all enquiries coming to your own web site. This includes proposals, carrying out site visits and converting direct bookings.
