Many of the properties which permit dogs have lovely secluded grounds which are perfect for your dogs to enjoy and relax in the knowledge they are secure in an enclosed space. Where pets are permitted, they are to be kept under control at all times. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property. If extra cleaning is required as a result of a Client having pets in the property, this may be deducted from the Security Deposit. The Owners cannot accept responsibility for pet safety. Clients are not to leave pets unsupervised at the property at any time – it is their holiday too, so take them with you as many places welcome dogs too.

With beautiful views and pathways leading through stunning scenery you can make a day of it and take a picnic. From woodland walks to lochside or coastal paths to towns, many of the local towns and villages are very dog friendly with cafes, bars and restaurants welcoming dogs too.

On the Estate there is also a private 250+ yard driving range. Or perhaps you would prefer to relax in the luxury hydro spa. Being only 7 miles from St Andrews there is a vast amount of entertainment in the local area as well as the shops and restaurants such as distillery tours, horse riding, land yachting, cycling and coastal walks.

Loch Lomond offering 6 bedrooms – a perfect small property ideal for families looking for a longer stay holiday rental. With its own private walled garden this is a very private and safe escape for families. Enjoy the outside space with your own hot tub, BBQ and outside dining space on the terrace. Being on Loch Lomond we recommend perhaps taking a boat trip or other fun activities such as canoe trips, mountain treks, visit to the Aquarium.

Loch Lomond offering 9 bedrooms – a larger property which is ideal to accommodate parties needing more space and the house is split over 3 levels. The entertainment level appeals to all our guests – our movie room which is also ideal for watching sky TV, small gym, pool table and bar and an undercover hot tub. The grounds are a mixture of grass and woodland where of a morning you could very likely spot a deer. Again being on Loch Lomond the entertainment and activities for all the family are endless. This is also an ideal location in which to explore more of Scotland and use this location as your base.

In Aberfeldy, offering 9 to 13 bedrooms – Scotland’s first design exclusive use property set just behind the lovely village of Aberfeldy. The terrace in front of Dun Aluinn has views which are simply breath taking and will leave you feeling relaxed and content. This is the perfect house which can provide both options of full service with a small team of staff or self catering. The grounds are a lovely mixture of grass and parts which are left to give back to nature which the children love to play in. The cedar wood fired hot tub with stunning views is a must and enjoyed by everyone. The children will love the movie room and play den for our younger guests with a great mix of toys and books. We work with you on a full itinerary for day trips such as a pony picnic and falconry display, fishing trip, whisky tours, Highland safari and Loch Tay safari and for the little children – Wee Adventures who are local adventure sports and slow adventure specialists with a reputation for delivering exceptional outdoor experiences and kids’ activity days that will leave them pestering you for more!

Loch Tay offering 13 bedrooms – this property has accommodated many happy families since opening in 2017 as the size accommodates a larger family and spread over 3 levels has lots of space so everyone can feel relaxed. The entertainment level provides a pool table with bar looking outside across Loch Tay and a media room ideal to watch movies or play games. There is an entertainment room which is a wonderful multi purpose room with toys if you wish to use as a play room or a disco ball if you wish to party and dance the night away. Outside there is so much space to enjoy which is completely private and secure. The woodland paths with the garden gargoyles of which there are many are a fun game to play to see how many you can find! A large hot tub overlooking the Loch and terrace with BBQ complete the outdoor living experience. Loch Tay and the surrounding area also have so much to offer from boat trips, whisky tastings, bake school, chocolate making workshops, cycling, sailing, white water rafting, golfing and so much more
