Imagine your strategy meeting in the relaxed and informal surroundings of your very own Drawing Room or a private board room environment created in your own property. We will tailor the property and surroundings to your preferred meeting layout and ensure you have complete privacy at all times.
Our Chefs will prepare all meals from starting the day with an excellent full Scottish breakfast, tea/coffee breaks during the meeting and a working or sit down lunch. All to work around your meeting agenda and dietary requirements.
The Properties all have secure broadband and WIFI with boosters where required. Excellent mobile phone reception and land lines. Office supplies can be made available.
During breaks in the meeting or post meeting take in the fresh air of your private Estate and Grounds. Secluded outdoor spaces where we can arrange some exclusive team building exercises to break up the meeting. All tailored to each client’s needs and budget.
If a Facilitator is required we work with professional organisations who are experienced personnel who will support you all the way through your event and can arrange introductions to discuss what you wish to achieve from your corporate event.

Depending on your requirements our team can create facilitated discussions based on leadership, team building and resilience.
Leadership and resilience summit – The Sandstone team can operate in a number of ways to support your leadership offsite event. The team can create workshops specifically tailored to your development needs. These can include team building exercises, facilitated discussion groups and leadership development programs. Alternatively the team can “plug in” to your existing program and help to enhance content and engagement.
Dun Aluinn , Aberfeldy which is close to Edinburgh Airport offering 9 luxury bedrooms all en suite. Meeting can take place in the Lounge or Front Drawing Room. Should you need more bedrooms, also book the Lodge on the Estate offering a further 4 luxury bedrooms all en suite – therefore 13 en suite bedrooms in total.
Stucktaymore , Loch Tay which is close to Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports offering 13 bedrooms all en suite. Meeting can take place in our meeting room, Dining room, Lounge or Library.
Stuckgowan Loch Lomond which is close to Glasgow Airport offering 9 luxury bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Meeting can take place in our Lounge or Dining Room.
Hawkswood Country Estate , St Andrews which is close to Dundee and Edinburgh Airport offering 15 bedrooms all en suite. Meeting can take place in The Roundel or Bowhill House.
