Imagine your strategy meeting in the relaxed and informal surroundings of your very own Drawing Room or a private board room environment created in your own property.   We will tailor the property and surroundings to your preferred meeting layout and ensure you have complete privacy at all times.  Perhaps take the meeting outside and enjoy the countryside fresh air as you strategize the year ahead.

Can we arrange Catering?

Our Chefs will prepare all meals from starting the day with an excellent full Scottish breakfast, tea/coffee breaks during the meeting and a working or sit down lunch.  All to work around your meeting agenda and dietary requirements.  Or if you prefer you can do a mixture of some catered and some self catering/self sufficient.

What is the Technology like?

The Properties all have secure broadband and WIFI with boosters where required.  Excellent mobile phone reception and land lines.  Office supplies can be made available.

Can we also arrange some Activities?

We can recommend an array of suppliers to arrange activities during breaks in the meeting or post meeting take in the fresh air of your private Estate and Grounds.  Secluded outdoor spaces where we can arrange some exclusive team building exercises to break up the meeting. All tailored to each client’s needs and budget.

Is there a minimum stay?

Many properties have a minimum stay of 3 nights in peak Summer months and 2 nights for off peak or we can tailor a quote for a 1 night and 2 day meeting.  If you wish to arrive and start your meeting early we can block the property from the night before and similarly if you wish to depart after lunch or late afternoon we can also block the property and tailor a quote to your timetable.
