As opposed to an agent, I work directly with the families/owners of such beautiful properties and manage the sales and marketing role on their behalf.   As such I am not an agent nor do I take commission on rates and your enquiry to myself is the same as enquiring directly with the properties via their own web sites, as I handle those referrals also!  Therefore, you will receive the most competitive proposal and level of service enquiring directly with myself.

Being based in Scotland, I of course have seen and love all my properties and visit on a regular basis.  I have direct access to their availability calendars and handle all stages from the proposal, site visit/show round to point of confirmation.  A one stop shop for all clients booking exclusive use luxury in Scotland.

From small villas and lodges of 4 to 5 bedrooms to large mansion houses and estates of 15 bedrooms, all offering exclusive use accommodation for one party to take over entirely for their private use.   Guests may choose to self cater in some properties, alternatively I can arrange all requirements tailored from a private Chef, Housekeeping, Butler to a detailed itinerary to enjoy a memorable experience whilst in Scotland.

Hawkswood House – a modern villa perfect for the golf enthusiast just outside St Andrews with your very own private short game golf area, offering 5 luxury en suite bedrooms.

The Roundel – the second villa right next to Hawkswood House, also perfect for families and special occasions again offering 5 luxury en suite bedrooms.

Bowhill House – launched in June 2022, the third villa opposite Hawkswood House, offering 5 luxury en suite bedrooms.

Hawkswood Country Estate – comprises of Hawkswood House, The Roundel and Bowhill House – taking complete buyout of the Estate provides 15 luxury en suite bedrooms and private use of all facilities and the entire Estate.  Or you can choose to book any combination of two properties giving you 10 luxury en suite bedrooms and dining together for the group

Stucktaymore – a beautiful mansion located on the shores of Loch Tay, simply breath taking views, offering 13 luxury en suite bedrooms

Stuckgowan – a Gothic mansion located on the shores of Loch Lomond, steeped in history, offering 9 luxury bedrooms and 6 bathroom

I work directly with all my clients in creating bespoke full itineraries partnering with top end luxury suppliers and specialists in their field here in Scotland.  From a Highland Pony Trek and Picnic to a Helicopter Trip to Skye or for the children from foraging in the Woods to boat trips and kayaking on the Lochs and Rivers – we can offer it all from the grandchildren to the grandparents.

Each property we can arrange a private Chef of the highest calibre to create delicious Scottish menus using local produce and suppliers.  Further services as required such as Housekeeping can all be arranged.
