The Lodge at Dun Aluinn launched July 2021 after extensive renovation of this property in the grounds of Dun Aluinn. The Lodge can be rented independently of the main House at Dun Aluinn or together for larger groups up to 26 guests in 13 bedrooms. The Lodge itself has 4 luxury en suite bedrooms with its own private entrance, parking and grounds.
Situated within the private 5.5 acre Estate of Dun Aluinn the Lodge overlooks the lovely Highland town of Aberfeldy.
Similar to Dun Aluinn, the Lodge has been beautifully restored with superb attention to detail and finishing throughout. This restored caretaker’s Bungalow has been transformed and brings home the landscape of the Tay Valley to life. Many of the interiors used have been beautifully restored from original buildings in Perthshire which adds immense character to the Lodge. A superb decking area at the front of The Lodge offers sweeping views across the valley and towards the River Tay.
The Lodge sleeps 8 guests – 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, 2 king size beds and 2 super king size. Modern surroundings with a large built in feature fire place in the lounge area. Beautiful open plan dining kitchen where we can arrange for you to have your own private Chef or guests can opt to self cater if they prefer.
Our pricing is based on self catering but we can arrange partial or full catering exclusively by Ballintaggart Farm. Amazing walks directly from the house – including the Birks of Aberfeldy, named after the Robert Burns song which was inspired by the birch trees and the Falls of Moness.
