2. Suppliers – surround yourself with professional, local and reliable suppliers such as Chefs, Activity providers and Transport providers.
3. Website – This does not need to be all singing all dancing but somewhere to showcase your property and the brand. Add social media tags to also grow awareness of your brand and property. Get people talking.
4. PMS (Property Management System) is vital and there are excellent ones available which are not expensive. Keeps track of your bookings, clients, rates, availability and you can if you wish have live availability on your web site
