1. Make sure even for an intimate wedding there is sufficient space for ceremony and reception. Do you need to allow time and a further space for your guests during a change around.
2. If there’s not sufficient accommodation on site are there good overflow accommodation providers available
3. Does the venue have a preferred caterer or can you bring your own
4. Is there a good music system or sufficient space for a band/DJ
5. If regulations allow can you increase your numbers, perhaps suitable grounds for a stretch tent to accommodate larger gatherings.
